Who we are

What we collect, and why

Enquiries. When you use the contact form we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message. We use them for one thing — replying to your enquiry and arranging the work you asked about. Form delivery is handled by Formspree, Inc., which processes the submission on our behalf and passes it to our inbox.

Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies, does not build visitor profiles and does not track you across sites. That is why there is no cookie banner here — there is nothing to consent to.

We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to handle your request and the business relationship that may follow, and no longer.

Property tours

Demo tours on this site show real properties, published with the owner's consent. If you believe a tour shows something it shouldn't, write to us and we will resolve it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we will act on it. You can also complain to the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, dataprotection.gov.sk).
